Base
All programs start here. You have Base 1-3 which is made up of 90%-60% endurance work, 5%-30% Strength, and 5%-10% Speed.

Build
Build 1 and 2 include 40%-20% endurance, 30%-20% Strength, 20%-30% speed and 10%-20% power.

Peak
Just before race day we focus on 20% endurance, 20% strength, 30% speed and 30% power.
