Description
Now we getting into a higher mileage. First start with our 8week 5km program, from there move onto our 6week 10km program and then arrive here. Running a half marathon is an amazing goal to reach. This program is 12weeks long. If you have not complete our 5km and 10km and would like to start here, you should be able to run 4-5days a week over 45mins per session. Good luck and Enjoy!
