A 12 week Marathon Running program targets those who are new to running and who have completed our beginners running programs starting from 5km and ending with a marathon. This program is 12 weeks long and if you have not done our other beginner programs you should be running 4-5 times a week averaging 3-4hours a week. Once you have completed this training program you should run a marathon comfortably.
