Welcome, we are so glad to see you have landed here. We have a selection of programs for you to choose from. The best place for you to start is at the 5km program, moving to the 10km, then the 21km and for those who would like to tick off a marathon, you can easily move to that.

All these programs are designed to get you through your first 5km, 10km, 21km and marathon comfortably. These programs will introduce you to the different training techniques and take you through base, build and peak phases of your training. If you are just starting out, here is where you should be. Adding a stabilizing exercise regime for running beginners would also be a great idea.
