Prevention/Rehabilitation

Prevention is better than cure. When you feel that niggle, medial knee pain, lateral knee pain, shoulder pain, or hip pain, to name a few, you should address it straight away. Your little niggle is the way your body is trying to communicate with you that something is not right and needs help. If left too long the body has a wonderful way of compensating, allowing synergist muscles to step in and do the work. Unfortunately at this stage you are already quite far down the ‘rabbit hole’. STOP! Address it! One way to do that is to try our Functional Movement Screening and we will help you address and rehabilitate your imbalance which is causing that annoying niggle

Many Clients having left their hip niggles for example and have ended up with hip replacements later on in life. The goal here is to prevent that or to prolong any thoughts of operative procedures.
