Now that you have introduced yourself to running, welcome to the intermediate programs where you set your goal and complete a program. At this stage you should be quite accustomed to running and you are ready to learn more about your body with the help of a running watch (check out the Top 5 Running Watches for 2023). The focus of these programs is to complete a run under a certain time. We feel that a Sub 6min/km is a good starting point at this stage and a good achievement.
